Dementia Programs
Hospice of the Valley has a comprehensive program to serve persons with dementia and their families, and to educate the community, caregivers and physicians about all aspects of advanced dementia care. Hospice of the Valley's Dementia Program is regarded nationally as a leader in bringing comfort, dignity and quality of life to persons with advanced dementia, the fifth leading cause of death among Americans age 65 and older. The Dementia Program offers:
