Event Sponsorship

Becoming a Hospice of the Valley special event sponsor is fun and rewarding. Proceeds from fundraising events provide important support for our end-of-life care programs and services.  

Sponsorships are a way for corporations to promote their brand while supporting a worthwhile cause and entertaining employees and clients. For individuals, sponsorships are a great way to introduce friends to Hospice of the Valley and enjoy spending time together.  

Our three signature events are:

• AAHA! An Auction of Heirlooms & Art
• CIGNA Pro-Am Golf Tournament

Sponsorship Benefits

Benefits of sponsoring these exclusive events typically include the sponsor’s name on all collateral materials, publicity, Web postings and promotional activities. Additionally, depending on the event and level of sponsorship, sponsors will receive tickets to events, priority seating, verbal recognition at the event, and acknowledgment in Hospice of the Valley’s Horizons publication, distributed to more than 15,000 donors and community supporters.

Signature Event Overview

Off the Vine Vintage Wine Auction
This event is appreciated by those who collect rare or reserve wines, or who simply want to enjoy a festive evening with friends to support a worthwhile cause. The evening begins at sunset with a cocktail reception at the fabulous AAA Four Diamond Royal Palms Resort and Spa. Chef Lee Hilson creates tantalizing wine and food pairings while guests browse wine-related silent auction items. The highlight of the evening is a live auction of rare and reserve wines and private culinary and vineyard experiences

AAHA! An Auction of Heirlooms & Art
This annual spring event is well-attended by those who appreciate distinctive art, nostalgic heirlooms, memorable tours and vacations. Guests enjoy an evening of cocktails and dining with silent and live auctions to raise funds for Hospice of the Valley’s programs and services.

Saturday, February 23, 2013
Attendance:  350-400
Cocktail reception and silent auction, followed by live auction, dinner, entertainment and  dancing.
Sponsorships available from $3,000 - $25,000.

CIGNA  Pro-Am Golf Tournament
Participants enjoy a terrific day of competitive golf at the popular Grayhawk Country Club in north Scottsdale.

Pro-Am with $10,000 purse; shotgun start followed by lunch and an awards ceremony/reception.
