Hospice of the Valley is hosting a no-cost forum includes a complimentary continental breakfast. Space is limited.

The forum will address various topics, including: hospice and palliative care, dispelling the myths about hospice, and reducing preventable hospitalizations in persons with dementia. Speakers from the agency are Tom Fitch, medical director; Maribeth Gallagher, dementia program director; and Jana Potash, community liaison.
