Friendship Village is a premier senior living community founded in 1980 that offers the full range of options, from independent living to skilled nursing. Hospice of the Valley is located in a new facility that opened in 2004 -- a 14-bed palliative care unit with private rooms. People enter the facility by crossing a bridge over water with lush foliage. The unit’s common areas are bright and comfortable with contemporary furnishings.
