Located in a classic north-central Phoenix neighborhood of sprawling ranch houses on large grassy lots, the Gardiner Home opened in 1994. It is named after John Gardiner, who owned a tennis ranch and hosted the annual Senator’s Cup tournament – which attracted national celebrities and politicians -- with proceeds benefiting Hospice of the Valley. The home has seven private and one semi-private room with a total of 10 beds. The family room has hardwood floors with a fireplace, and lush grounds with a swimming pool, fountains, gazebo and children’s playhouse.
