Palliative care focuses on the patient’s physical, social and spiritual needs. The goal is to achieve the best quality of life possible by relieving suffering and controlling pain and symptoms.
Hospice of the Valley’s palliative care programs work with the patient’s community healthcare providers. All programs include a 24/7/365 phone line to a nurse to respond to urgent issues. Programs are:

Outreach Palliative Care – For people with late-stage serious disease who may be getting aggressive treatment and want home-based education and care. Call 602.212.3000.
