Programs for your Patients

Hospice of the Valley serves patients with life-limiting illnesses through the following programs and services:
  • Specialized care programs for patients with dementia, congestive heart failure, cancer and pulmonary disease.

  • Home Health care for patients not on hospice who need skilled services.

  • Arizona Palliative Home Care for patients not yet ready for hospice who need help managing their conditions and improving their quality of life.

  • Senior Placement Service for families looking for alternative living arrangements for their loved ones.

  • Ryan House for inpatient pediatric palliative care and respite service to families.

  • Bereavement services for families for up to 13 months following a loved one’s death. The New Song Center for Grieving Children supports children, teens, young adults and the people who care for them.

  • Palliative Care for Dementia for dementia patients and their families not ready for hospice needing an en extra layer of support through a private-pay program.
