Programs for your Patients

Hospice of the Valley serves patients with life-limiting illnesses through the following programs and services:
  • Specialized care programs for patients with dementia, congestive heart failure, cancer and pulmonary disease.

  • Senior Placement Service for families looking for alternative living arrangements for their loved ones.

  • Pediatric care—Hospice of the Valley offers the only perinatal, pediatric hospice and palliative care program in Arizona. We support these families from the time of diagnosis, through treatment, end of life, and bereavement. Our perinatal program supports families prior to birth and beyond. Ryan House provides inpatient respite and end-of-life care to children and families.

  • Bereavement services for families for up to 13 months following a loved one’s death. The New Song Center for Grieving Children supports children, teens, young adults and the people who care for them.

  • Palliative Care for Dementia for dementia patients and their families not ready for hospice needing an extra layer of support through a private-pay program.
