2. Log in with the email address that has been assigned to you. Your email address is your firstname.lastname@hov.vol.
   For example:
   Jane Doe would be Jane.doe@hov.vol.
   Jane Doe-Smith would be jane.doe-smith@hov.vol (include hyphen).
   Jane Marie de la Smith would be Janemarie.delasmith@hov.vol (no spaces in last or first name).
3. Password: hospice
