Off the Vine set for Oct. 13 at Mountain Shadows

Fine wine, delectable food prepared by local celebrity chefs and entertainment in the name of a good cause combine for Hospice of the Valley’s Off the Vine Vintage Wine Auction at 6 p.m. Oct. 13 at Mountain Shadows, 5445 E. Lincoln Dr., Paradise Valley.

Guests will delight in the fabulous views at the all-new Mountain Shadows while partaking of delicious food and wine pairings. The evening features silent and live auctions of fine wines, unique culinary experiences and exciting vineyard trips. Proceeds support not-for-profit Hospice of the Valley’s innovative programs and services and compassionate end-of-life care.

Celebrity chefs are another new feature of this year’s event. Charles Wiley, Mountain Shadows’ executive chef, is the host chef. Other executive chefs include Cullen Campbell, of Crudo and Okra Steakhouse & Cocktails; Gio Osso, of Virtu Honest Craft and Nico Heirloom Kitchen; Walter Sterling of Ocotillo, and Stephen Jones formerly with DeSoto Central Market and looking to open his own The Larder + The Delta when a new restaurant space is available.
