We are honored to share that Hospice of the Valley is now serving patients and families in Tucson. Our nonprofit agency was founded by a group of volunteers in 1977 and our mission has never wavered: Bringing comfort, dignity and compassionate care to our community.

As an Arizona Wildcat, I am thrilled that Hospice of the Valley is now a part of the Tucson community. It is a privilege to meet with Tucsonans and hear how we can best provide support.

Our Tucson teams are developing new programs to care for your loved ones wherever they reside. Our doctors, nurses, social workers, nursing aides and chaplains specialize in personalized care to meet each person’s unique physical, emotional and spiritual needs, supporting families every step of the way. Bilingual staff deliver culturally sensitive care to Spanish-speaking patients and our clinical teams respond 24/7, as needed.

We are committed to providing exceptional care. Hospice of the Valley’s patient/family recommendation score of 99% reflects the dedication of our employees and volunteers. As a nonprofit hospice, we pledge to be a safety net for the Tucson community, caring for all in need regardless of insurance coverage or financial circumstances.

Feel free to reach out if you have questions about our programs and services, or if we can be of any help to you or your family. Our on-duty nurses can speak with you any time of day or night, just call (520) 827-5000. Hospice of the Valley is here whenever you need us.
